Stop printing pdf application forms and use this instead

To apply for any appointment/registration/job online applications are used. But sometimes they provide applications forms in pdf and most probably you print, and then fill the application form and scan it so that it can be sent over mail or sent by Post office to the desired location. But Since my handwriting is not very good at all and sometimes cutting in printed forms may cause you a trouble, I have something better idea for you.

You heard about editing pdfs right ? They can be used in this case. Just you have to drag an instance of textbox/image/any component and place it where you want to type the text. You can do it online or use a software to download it. Wondershare PDFelement is one of them. Or you can google “edit pdf online” and you will find number of links to edit your pdf.

One clear advantage of doing this is that the application details will be clear and there will be no possibility of confusion in case of handwritten application forms. Secondly, no printing and then scanning will be required if needs to send online
