We should have proper meeting /discussion between the design and the development team for the finalised design

During my 5-year experience in the IT sector as a developer, I have seen that the whenever the designs are ready and the UI developer analyses it, the designs are sometimes difficult or next to impossible to achieve manually or there is no such library to achieve this. For example if the date-range picker is picked from the google analytics page and there is no such library available in the public repositories and the manual design implementation is very difficult to achieve it.

To solve this, before the designer tries to finalise the designs, a meeting between UI developers and designers should be scheduled to check the possibilities and feasibleness of a design (like a designer should tell we are picking the design from here, and the developer should research that a library is available in the desired UI framework OR such implementation is possible before finalising the design) to avoid multiple meetings in future and whatsoever, it will save the time of the developer as well as designer’s effort as well for recreating the design, Also there are figmas/(UI-UX) available for various design systems that will surely save the time.
